Italpinas Development Corporation (IDC) is a publicly-listed developer with specialization in green design projects focused in emerging cities in the Philippines.
With its design philosophy, IDC ™ is committed to sustainable architecture in harmony with nature, bringing value to investors, end-users, and the community.
Established in 2009, IDC ™ is founded and headed by Arch. Romolo V. Nati, an Italian architect green, and Atty. D. Jose Leviste, III, a Filipino environmental lawyer.
The company has proven its capabilities with their awards and recognitions nationally and internationally for projects in Cagayan de Oro – Primavera Residences and Primavera City.
Currently, IDC ™ takes its certified global experience in Sto. Tomas, Batangas.
